Structured Products - Derivatives - Product Governance - Trading - Risk - Agile
Responsibilities
* Analyse regulatory requirements for structured products and derivatives governance in a banking trading environment
* Work closely with cross functional stakeholders especially legal, risk and
compliance to interpret regulatory requirements, analyse impact of change and
develop suitable solutions/governance frameworks
* Ensure that all distributed products meet client suitability standards
* Work with an Agile development team to refine and prioritize features and stories
* Participate in sprint planning, reviews, testing and retrospectives
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst in the financial industry
* Soild understanding of product governance
* Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (ESG, EMIR, MIFID, Finfrag, 871m)
* Very good knowledge of cross-asset structured products and its issuance and distribution processes
* Fluent in English
Nice to have
* Knowledge of trading and risk systems
* German language skills

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders
* Strong analytical mindset with an attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
