Main Responsibilities
* Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
* Source active and passive candidates through networking, digital tools, and referrals.
* Screen candidates for qualifications, availability, salary expectations, and relocation needs.
* Act as a functional area expert, understanding client requirements and job specifications.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
* Stay informed on Swiss employment legislation and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Your Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally within the life sciences sector.
* Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) or other applicant tracking systems.
* Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and digital sourcing tools.
* Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
