Job Description
Team Support
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
* Arrange internal and external meetings, including logistics and materials
* Organize business travel (flights, hotels, itineraries) and handle expense reports
* Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Support ad hoc projects and team initiatives
Office Management
* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
* Coordinate with external vendors (facility management, suppliers, IT support, etc.)
* Manage office supplies and place orders when needed
* Oversee meeting room organization and office tidiness
* Support onboarding logistics for new joiners (desk setup, materials, access, etc.)
* Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and general office requests
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, or office management role
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
* Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
