Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager to focus on ensuring the program's operational readiness, sustainability, and strategic alignment while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. You will act as a central coordinator, driving governance excellence, stakeholder engagement, and integration of digital solutions.

Responsibilities:
 1. Lead front-end operations for the Authentifield solution, ensuring compliance tracking, country certifications, and alignment with legal requirements.
 2. Coordinate collaboration between business, communications, and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive execution.
 3. Update training materials annually to reflect program goals.
 4. Serve as Secretary to the Steering Committee, preparing impactful updates and reporting key program metrics (KPIs).
 5. Lead governance and reporting workstreams, preparing presentations for senior leadership and ensuring strategic focus.
 6. Guide hybrid engagement models to optimize authentication timeliness and quality.
 7. Act as an ambassador for the program, promoting it internally and externally to enhance its reach and impact.
 8. Collaborate with digital and IT teams to integrate digital solutions into workflows and operational processes.
Key Skills and Requirements:
 9. Background in project management, information technology, or related fields.
 10. Experience in business analytics, product security, or pharmaceutical environments.
 11. Familiarity with falsified medicines issues, particularly in global settings.
 12. Proven ability to integrate digital solutions into existing workflows and liaise between technical and non-technical teams.
 13. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
 14. Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g., French) are a plus.
