We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to develop and execute strategic account plans for key stakeholders in the oncology field, including hospitals and clinics, to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
This role involves establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of our oncology products, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure coordinated efforts. Extensive travel within Switzerland is required.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans tailored to key stakeholders in the oncology field.
Establish and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, including oncologists and oncology nurses.
Effectively communicate the scientific and clinical benefits of our client oncology products, providing stakeholders with relevant information and resources.
Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay informed about market trends, the competitive landscape, and industry developments.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure aligned and seamless execution of account plans and ensure exceptional customer service.
Profile:
Degree in Life Science (PharmD, PhD, MSc);
At least 5 years in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with preferred experience in oncology/hematology;
In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and oncology market dynamics in Switzerland.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
French: Level C2 or native speaker.
German: Level C2 or native speaker (Level C1 for the western territory).
