PpWe are seeking a Head of IT for our biotech production site and Headquarters in Meyrin. Reporting directly to the Chief Technical Officer, you will lead a team of 17 people. Your mission is to define and drive the IT vision and strategy, and to ensure robust, secure and compliant IT operations that effectively support business priorities and enterprise digital initiatives. /p pYour main responsibilities are as follows: /p ul liDefine and lead the IT vision, mission and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives /li liHold overall accountability for strategic planning and execution across all IT functions /li liAct as the key IT contact for Executive Committee members, first-line functions and external stakeholders /li liLead IT contribution to company projects and cross-functional initiatives /li liOversee the identification, implementation and operations of technology solutions, systems and tools, including infrastructure and cybersecurity /li liEnsure GxP, risk management and security compliance across the full lifecycle of relevant systems and components /li liOwn IT governance, KPI dashboards, reporting and performance monitoring /li liManage IT CAPEX and OPEX, ensuring cost-effective investments and resource allocation /li liLead enterprise digital initiatives and foster innovation while maintaining operational excellence /li liDevelop, coach and engage the IT organization to deliver performance and strengthen capabilities /li liDefine and maintain an IT organizational structure, departmental goals and operating procedures /li liManage sourcing and external service providers, and assess and communicate risks associated with IT investments and initiative /li /ul pTo carry out this mission, we are looking for an hands‑on candidate bringing the following profile: /p ul liMaster’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field /li liAt least 5 years’ experience in people management, ideally within small to mid-size teams /li liProven hands‑on experience in IT roles, with a strong technical background (infrastructure, applications, security) /li liSolid experience in IT program/project management; agile methodologies are an asset /li liProven track record in managing external service and solution providers /li liExperience in controlling IT budgets (CAPEX and OPEX) /li liFluent in French and English, written and spoken /li liAbility to lead cross‑department projects and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including Executive Committee members /li /ul pYou are a servant leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, combining strategic thinking with pragmatic execution.
