Your Role Join our interdisciplinary team to help transform the way custom medical devices are designed, produced, and supported. Your work will combine 3D parametric modeling, user-centered design, and practical use of internal digital tools.
Key Responsibilities Build and adapt parametric models to streamline remote fitting and mass customization of orthotic and prosthetic devices
Collaborate with clinical experts and the design team to translate anatomical and functional requirements into robust digital models for additive manufacturing (3D printing)
Optimize and document digital workflows for remote data capture (photo based measurements or scans) and patient-specific design iterations
Support the development and refinement of internal software tools that automate design tasks, improve team collaboration, or manage the product lifecycle
Actively engage in testing prototypes and iterating designs based on clinical and user feedback
Your Skills & Profile Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, product design, or related field
Hands-on experience with parametric modeling; familiarity with medical device design or 3D printing is an advantage
Interest in automating design and workflow processes (basic scripting, use of APIs, or low-code tools is a plus)
Problem-solving mindset, digital curiosity, and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork
Communicative in English; German is a plus
