* Sie führen die Immobilienbuchhaltung und erstellen Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen.
* Sie überwachen das Mahnwesen und verwalten Zahlungsströme.
* Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Budgets.
* Sie pflegen Daten im ERP-System (GARAIO REM) und treiben Prozessverbesserungen voran.
* Sie sind Ansprechpartner:in für Mieter und Eigentümer.
Verantwortung
* Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
* Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung oder Immobilienverwaltung.
* Sicherer Umgang mit Zahlen, analytisches Denken und exakte Arbeitsweise.
* IT-Affinität, idealerweise Erfahrung mit GARAIO REM und Microsoft 365.
* Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und strukturiertes Zeitmanagement.
