TA & TOD Manager & HRBP CHI (m/f/d).

Location: Basel
Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Responsibilities
* Lead Recruitment Service Management, ensuring high‑quality delivery and continuous improvement of Talent Acquisition services.
* Manage vendors related to Talent and Organizational Development, including performance oversight, contract adherence, and strategic partnership development.
* Provide HR Business Partnering to defined business areas, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and supporting a holistic people agenda.
* Collaborate closely with the CHI HR Leadership Team and senior business stakeholders to align HR initiatives with organizational priorities.
* Support the Head of HR Strategic Projects with project management activities, including planning, execution, and portfolio management across multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution‑oriented support.
* Lead multiple activities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, navigating frequent change and ambiguity.
* Build strong, authentic relationships across the organization, demonstrating strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into HRIS and people solutions.
* Apply strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
* Demonstrate a global mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and consult effectively.
* Produce high‑quality analysis, reporting, presentations, and facilitation using tools such as MS Excel.

* Bring an innovative, forward‑looking approach to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HR operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred, ideally in HR, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
* 10+ years of professional experience in HR, including at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Manager or Vendor Manager.
* Proven experience in a fast‑growing multinational environment.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders.
* Demonstrated capability to manage complex projects and portfolios; Project Management certification required.
* Business‑fluent English.
* Strong analytical, communication, influencing, and relationship‑building skills.
* Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and operate effectively through ambiguity.
* High execution capability with the ability to oversee and deliver multiple parallel initiatives.
