BIM Coordinator (M/F/D)
Your mission
As a BIM Coordinator, you are responsible for the expected and required BIM production on electrical substation construction projects. This includes high voltage equipment, HV cables, the earthing network, buildings, metal structures and civil engineering. You ensure the coordination, consistency and overall quality of the BIM models, from the disciplinary models to the coordination model. In this role, you define, in collaboration with the BIM Manager, and implement BIM coordination methods, check the compliance of deliverables with client requirements, and actively participate in resolving technical interfaces between disciplines (internal and external models). You work in close synergy with BIM modellers, the BIM manager, engineers, project managers and project management to ensure reliable, validated and usable models, respecting deadlines, BIM standards and client requirements. Occasional travel within Switzerland, and possibly internationally, may be required as part of your duties.
Your profile
Holder of a Federal VET Diploma as a draughtsman or an equivalent certification, you have strong BIM skills and proven experience in BIM coordination. Mastery of Revit, Recap, AutoCAD 2D/3D, Navisworks (or equivalents), Inventor and Recap software is essential, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Autodesk ACC platform (certifications, including Building SMART, are an asset). Rigorous, structured and methodical, you demonstrate a strong sense of quality and responsibility. Enjoying teamwork, you also show autonomy and proactivity in solving complex technical issues. You are comfortable leading BIM coordination sessions with various internal and external stakeholders. Client- and results-oriented, you pay close attention to the reliability of BIM deliverables and adherence to project commitments. You are fluent in French; good knowledge of German is an advantage.
