We are seeking an Automotive Composite Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our business in the mobility market.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in customer-facing roles and a strong understanding of composite materials and processes.
The successful candidate will also have a degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
* Conduct customer projects for natural fibre-reinforced thermosets/thermoplastics in automotive:
* Identify and understand customer needs and requirements and translate them into product specifications.
* Coordinate technical activities with the R&D team within customer development projects.
* Provide customers with reverse engineering on existing parts: do preliminary calculations and propose solutions with Bcomp's technology, along with a comparative description of potential weight & performance improvements / penalty, and sustainability assessments.
* Support customers for tool design and processing methods and parameters.

As an Automotive Composite Project Engineer, you will work closely with our research and development team to develop and improve customer solutions.
You will be responsible for conducting material tests on specific material combinations for the customer, coordinating timelines with the Operations and Sales teams, and providing on-site support to customers during industrialization.
