Description
To be considered for this position, the selected candidate brings the following qualifications:
* Coordinate domestic and international merchandise transfers, including returns, repairs, loans, and event-related shipments
* Prepare and manage all required logistics documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements
* Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure smooth transfer processes
* Perform regular stock checks and support with inventory reports and audits
* Maintain a well-organized vault layout
* Support salon display changes and visual merchandising updates
* Monitor and reorder salon and operational supplies
* Follow all security and compliance procedures related to stock handling
* Support opening and closing routines
* Act as backup for the Operations Manager when needed
Profile
To be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:
* Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on logistics or retail
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Background in logistics or operations is a strong plus
* Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred
* Business fluent in English, with very good German skills required
* Additional languages are a strong asset
* Confident user of MS Office and internal ERP systems
* Solid understanding of merchandise flow and stockroom processes
* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
* Reliable, with a high sense of responsibility
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
