We are looking for a Technical Services Director for the Super Corrugated and Flexography product line (SPO-Flexo), based in Bobst Mex. This role is at the heart of the performance of our technical services, product development, and activities. As the Technical Services Director SPO-Flexo, you will lead the Technical Services operations for SPO-Flexo products within Bobst Mex SA and support our local entities (Bobst Customer Centers). You ensure customer excellence, profitability, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our responsibilities. Manage and direct the Technical Services of the Product Line (SPO-Flexo). Ensure the proper execution of machines and their profitability. Define the necessary times and budgets for each request, ensuring that technical requests are handled promptly and with the expertise of your team. Monitor the budget and validate requests according to the Procure-to-Pay process. Represent Bobst Services within the Product Line management and actively contribute to decision-making. Supervise and support Technical Services in the Bobst Customer Centers. Maintain an accurate knowledge of local operations and develop a trusting relationship with their managers. Evaluate the performance of local teams and propose development actions. Ensure alignment of action plans and resolve issues concerning the continuous development of products and communicate quality or design needs to the relevant departments (Research and Development, Quality, Supply Chain Management, etc.). Contribute to the processes for developing new products (New Industrial Products, Project Management Process, etc.). Participate in product innovation and support the development of new services: technical, maintenance, and proactively resolve customer disputes. Anticipate risks and protect the image, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the company, balancing action plans among different parties. Participate in customer visits for issue resolution and develop the Field Service Technicians SPO-Flexo. Manage a team of around 63 Field Service Technicians, define individual objectives, ensure development plans, and manage the annual hour budget and monthly activity tracking (billable, internal support, etc.). Ensure rapid and qualified intervention in case of critical issues. Profile: Proven experience in managing technical services, ideally in a complex industrial environment or related to specialized machinery. Experience in managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams. Excellent budget management skills, performance tracking, and monitoring. Proficiency in technical problem-solving and customer management, including sensitive situations. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) with a strong sense of service and assertive leadership. Proficiency in English; any other language is a plus.
