DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION The candidate brings a hands-on and detail-oriented approach to general accounting, with the ability to follow instructions accurately, manage priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and prepare key financial statements in English, including Payroll Trial Balances, Balance Sheets, and Profit and Loss Accounts up to consolidation level. - Ability to work in a confidential and accurate manner, with strong attention to detail - Contribute to a cohesive team environment by promoting a positive work ethic and supporting others in the office where relevant - Ability to operate across a range of businesses from a financial perspective - Trustworthy individual who requires minimal supervision - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French - Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines accordingly - Maintain cash and bank account reports - Manage accounts payable and advise the Director on payments to be made - Prepare periodic trial balances, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts for the Company and its affiliated group companies - Prepare consolidated accounts for the Group - Prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts - Prepare variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance - Prepare reconciliation reports, monitor expenditure, and report accordingly - Maintain the filing system for the Finance department - Prepare any other monthly financial reports - Carry out any other tasks as requested by the Directors PROFIL ATTENDU Minimum requirement: Certificate in Accounting and 10 years of experience in a similar role, with thorough knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluent in English and French.
