We are looking for an ICT Solution Coordinator 80–100% (f/m/d) to join us and help shape our IT landscape with a strong focus on service quality, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

What tasks will you perform?
You will:
* Contribute to the implementation, support, and continuous development of company-specific IT solutions, ensuring stable operations.
* Act as a key interface between users, technical teams, and management, connecting people and technology.
* Analyze and optimize existing workflows and technologies to drive innovation in service management.
* Manage external IT service providers and suppliers, ensuring quality and performance through effective vendor management.
* Ensure high service quality based on ITIL standards and best practices.
* Bring your expertise into strategic projects aimed at improving services and increasing efficiency.
What do we expect from you?
* Hold a degree or equivalent education in (business) informatics or a related field, ideally with ITIL certification.
* Have several years of experience in IT service management and are familiar with service desk operations.
* Bring hands-on experience in developing customized IT solutions and managing external IT service providers.
* Are proficient in using ITSM tools to improve services and processes.
* Communicate clearly and customer-oriented, think analytically, and work in a structured and organized manner.
