We are hiring a Senior Manager, Digital Marketing to lead end‑to‑end digital marketing activities for a global B2B life sciences licensing business. This role acts as the digital marketing owner for a highly specialised, science‑driven portfolio, working closely with commercial and scientific stakeholders to drive measurable pipeline impact.
What you’ll do
* Own and execute the digital marketing strategy for a complex B2B licensing business, aligned with commercial priorities
* Plan, activate, optimise and report on integrated digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
* Translate scientific and technical value propositions into high‑impact digital campaigns
* Lead demand generation and lead nurturing initiatives, including ABM programs
* Oversee email marketing, automation, segmentation and performance optimisation
* Own the digital experience for a dedicated business area on the corporate website, including CRO and SEO
* Use data, analytics and marketing technology to continuously improve targeting, performance and ROI
* Partner closely with CRM, marketing operations, content, web, sales and event teams
* Manage digital budgets and provide clear, insight‑driven performance reporting to senior stakeholders
What we’re looking for
* 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing within a B2B or complex technical environment
* Proven track record delivering integrated digital campaigns with commercial impact
* Strong hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
* Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing, email, campaign management and analytics
* Comfortable working with data, dashboards and performance insights, not just execution
* Ability to understand and communicate scientific or technical topics in a commercial context
* Confident stakeholder partner with strong communication and prioritisation skills
Nice to have
* Experience in life sciences, biotech, biopharma, CDMO or CRO environments
* Experience with CMS platforms and web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Looker, Tableau)
* Familiarity with long sales cycles and consultative B2B offerings
* Experience collaborating with external agencies
