Overview
We are looking for a Rust OR C++ Engineer with extensive (HFT) trading systems experience to join our Options Business Unit. The role is fully remote (with time-zone preferences for Asian or European regions) and focuses on building and improving our low-latency options trading system.

Our services include market making, options trading, high-frequency trading, OTC, and DeFi trading desks. Responsibilities
* Join the small but rapidly growing Options Business Unit’s fully remote engineering team.
* Build out and improve a low-latency options trading system.
* Take ownership from gathering initial requirements through deployment.
* Collaborate within a globally remote async team and communicate effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in expert-level low-latency and/or data-heavy (trading) systems or similar.
* Very strong experience with Rust and/or C/C++ (and willingness to become an expert in Rust).
* Experience with unit and integration testing, or equivalent functional testing approaches.
* Knowledge of Options Trading is essential; exchange connectivity and/or FPGA experience is valuable.
* Experience with PostgreSQL databases and protobuf-based protocols, or similar technologies, is essential.
* Ability to work in a globally remote async team; strong problem-solving and pragmatic system design skills.
* Background in scalable systems architecture, low-latency design, and ownership from requirements to deployment.
Nice to have / Background
* Experience with Web3 ecosystems, DeFi protocols, or related domains.
