Your Responsibilities
* Support the
development, communication, and implementation
of Corporate Procurement strategies.
* Drive improvements in key areas such as
Indirect Services

Risk Management

Supply Base Management

Quality

Sustainability
.
* Lead
sourcing activities
for
Professional Services
categories (e.g., Consulting, Financial, and Legal Services) and other
Indirect Services
.
* Manage
eRfX processes
and ensure effective supplier evaluation and selection.
* Collaborate closely with
global category teams
and
business stakeholders
to execute procurement strategies.
* Ensure
compliance
,
governance
, and
policy adherence
across all procurement activities.
* Build strong partnerships with
senior stakeholders
to align procurement initiatives with business objectives.
* Contribute to
continuous improvement
and optimization of procurement processes, systems, and supplier performance.
* Support the
implementation and maintenance
of corporate and global procurement initiatives.
Requirements
* Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 3-5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement
, preferably within a multinational environment.
* Proven track record in Professional Services sourcing (Consulting, Legal, Financial).
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, eRfX tools, and supplier management.
* Excellent
stakeholder management
and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders.
* Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
* Experience in risk management, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives is an advantage.
* Self-driven, structured, and able to work effectively in a hybrid international environment.
