YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Client Partner – Industry at Capgemini Engineering, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our key industrial customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to C‑level leaders, you will guide clients through complex innovation journeys spanning IT/OT convergence, digital transformation roadmaps, PLM modernization, and Digital Twin strategies.
You will coordinate global, multidisciplinary Capgemini teams to deliver high‑impact programs, ensure client satisfaction, and nurture long‑term strategic relationships. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for orchestrating technology workshops, executive‑level discussions, and innovation initiatives that position Capgemini as a strategic partner for our customers’ future.
Your Skills And Experience
* 10+ years of client‑facing experience in consulting, engineering services, digital transformation, or enterprise technology
* Strong experience engaging with C‑level executives, with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps
* Deep understanding of industrial processes, including IT/OT convergence, manufacturing digitalization, and enterprise systems
* Proven expertise in PLM, Digital Twin, or industrial digital platforms (cloud manufacturing, model‑based engineering, data platforms, etc.)
* Excellent coordination skills, able to lead and mobilize large, international, cross‑functional teams
* Strong communication and facilitation abilities, particularly in leading workshops, steering committees, and strategic reviews
* Business‑driven mindset, with a track record of managing accounts, growing pipelines, and driving client satisfaction
* Fluency in English and German
