As an E-Commerce Performance and Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for scaling digital advertising efforts across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, Amazon Ads, Display, and affiliate networks.
Key objectives include:
* Developing and optimizing paid media strategies to maximize revenue
* Driving customer engagement through performance marketing tactics
* Improving conversion rates by enhancing product pages, checkout flows, and UX/UI in collaboration with internal teams
* Analyzing campaign performance and key KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, churn) to inform data-driven decisions
Technical Competencies:
* Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud
* Strong expertise in performance marketing & digital advertising, with a proven track record in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Display Ads, and Affiliate Marketing
* Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media budgets and optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTV across multiple acquisition channels
* Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) expertise, with experience in A/B testing, UX/UI enhancements, and personalization to improve customer journey performance
* Proficiency in using data to drive growth, with the ability to read dashboards, interpret performance insights, and translate them into actionable business decisions
* Knowledge of tracking and marketing attribution models
