Join the Commercial Team and manage designated wholesale accounts (boutiques, department stores, online stores) in the luxury fashion segment to foster positive relationships, ensure timely merchandise deliveries, and represent the collection effectively.
Your main responsibilities as Wholesale Commercial Team Manager:
Participate in sales campaigns during Paris fashion weeks, assist international buyers in the showroom with order placement, enter orders into the system, and send confirmations.
Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding merchandise availability, create proforma invoices, customs papers, shipping documents, and organize shipments from the warehouse.
Build and nurture relationships with international buyers, monitor sell-through data, and promptly offer reorders.
Oversee online store representations, including photography, styling, and pricing recommendations.
Research and monitor markets to identify new retailers and potential partners, evaluate current stockists.
Track incoming payments from stores, and prepare shipping overviews and account statements.
Collaborate with the production team on setting retail prices for new collections.
Requirements:
Native-level English speaking and writing skills.
