Ph3Business Development Manager – IoT Electronic Solutions /h3 pLocation: Switzerland (On-site) /p pWe are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across the DACH region. This role is ideal for a proactive business builder who thrives on opening new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth within high‑growth technology markets. /p pYou will play a key role in expanding market presence across industrial, healthcare, logistics, and enterprise IoT sectors while helping shape future commercial strategy. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute regional growth plans aligned with business objectives. /li liIdentify, qualify, and secure new customer opportunities. /li liManage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closing. /li liCreate strategic account development plans for key customers. /li liBuild relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners. /li liRepresent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and trade exhibitions. /li liDrive executive‑level engagement and long‑term customer partnerships. /li /ul h3Strategic Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams to refine go‑to‑market strategies. /li liProvide market insights to influence product roadmaps and future innovation. /li liSupport commercial positioning and customer acquisition initiatives. /li liCollaborate with account management teams to maximise customer value and business growth. /li /ul h3Technical Market Engagement /h3 ul liUnderstand customer applications and identify solution opportunities. /li liSupport customer evaluations and early‑stage project engagement. /li liPromote wireless and low‑power technologies across target markets. /li liAct as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the decision‑making process. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liMinimum 10 years’ experience in technical B2B sales or business development. /li liStrong background in electronics, IoT solutions, wireless technologies, or embedded systems. /li liExperience developing business within the DACH region. /li liProven track record of winning new business and delivering revenue growth. /li liStrong understanding of customer engagement, negotiation, and strategic account development. /li liExperience working with OEMs, channel partners, and technology ecosystems. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liEntrepreneurial and commercially focused. /li liStrong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business. /li liHighly customer‑centric and relationship‑driven. /li liComfortable operating independently and taking ownership of results. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. /li liPassionate about technology, innovation, and growth. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
