To strengthen our Digital team, we are looking for a motivated and committed Marketplace / e-consignment Lead (m/f/d), 100% in Basel Headquarters as of now.
Your Tasks
* You identify and evaluate leads that align with Manor.ch's DNA.
* You build and strengthen relationships with external suppliers, including aggregators and platforms.
* You collaborate closely with category management to ensure the relevance of Manor's overall assortment.
* You facilitate the seamless integration of newly recruited partners from start to finish.
* You oversee the coherence and quality of product content to meet Manor's standards.
* You develop a coherent assortment strategy for the Econsignment platform.
* You proactively suggest innovative solutions to active partners to enhance their performance in areas such as products, pricing, assortment, and service quality.
* You demonstrate the ability to persuade new key partners to join our Econsignment platform.
Your Profile
* You hold a degree in Business or equivalent in commerce.
* You have experience in e-commerce operations, ideally in the marketplace domain.
* You have a strong understanding of ecommerce tools and their setup.
* You have experience using Mirakl and Hybris.
* You are a passionate individual who enjoys working in a start-up environment.
* You are fluent in English and either German or French.
