What you’ll do
* We are looking for a Bartender to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Head Bartender, you'll be a key player in crafting our awesome beverage lineup and making our place a total hit
* Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves
* To prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards
* To be fully knowledgeable about all bar products and cocktail recipes
* Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons
* To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes for each cocktail accordingly
* To strictly adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and check beverage stock
* To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage
* Know your product & systems inside out
* To prepare mise‑en‑place and perform side duties
* Work with the rest of team in keeping things running smoothly and tidily, for both table and bar service
What we are looking for
* 2 years of experience in hospitality within beverage
* Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in Spanish and English
