Adjuster (M/F) - WAEBER HMS X the WAEBER family in, WAEBER HMS X as X among X Swiss needles. It combines manual skills, tradition, and state-of-the-art equipment. Each is considered as X of our main mission as an adjuster will consist of starting up the finishing stages of the needles on our machine park: vertical press and crimper by applying procedures, hygiene, and safety rules. Your responsibilities: Adjust the machines (stamping and hoist) and tooling. Manage tooling and maintenance, gauge, tip, starting series in with the quality service. Clean and maintain tools and machines levels 1 and 2. Control, detect, and report anomalies. Fill in production documents. Supply the workstation with components, packaging articles, and small parts and verify their compliance. Check and control quality. Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks based on work methods. Your technical (CFC or equivalent) background in the field of mechanics, micromechanics, or confirmed experience as an adjuster, ideally in the watchmaking or precision industry. Adapt to changes: products, technologies, work forms. Ability to work independently X team. Analytical mind, proactive, rigor, and attention to detail.
