Bio-Techne, and all of its brands, provides tools for researchers to further treat and prevent disease worldwide. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOwnership of the Product Lifecycle Management of the assigned Spatial Biology product sub-portfolio to ensure functional monitoring, identify unique attractiveness to the market, evaluate ensure business benefit and establish maintain operational sustainability. /liliUnderstanding analysis of the user needs and transformation of these into actions and portfolio improvements. /liliMonitoring analysis of competitor activities and market trends to propose actions utilizing the full commercial toolset in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. /liliBuild KOL connections and represent the company and products at conferences, interest groups, exhibitions and other marketing events. /liliBe an expert and go-to person for the responsible portfolio including presentations to customers and training of Sales and Customer Support. /liliDevise strategies to improve the portfolio, business benefit and product positioning based on market, user and competitor analysis. /liliCoordinate with RD and VV teams on development and validation activities, specifically, aligning on technical requirements, reviewing designs, risks and mitigations, maintaining product documentation, and perform user testing. /liliPrepare commercial launches and releases and ensure clear value proposition, USPs and positioning in collaboration with Marketing. /liliRepresent and advocate for the needs of the responsible portfolio within the development teams, with leadership and all stakeholders within the organization. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliMSc. Or PhD in biology, life sciences, bioengineering, or similar field. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience as a product manager with global responsibilities. /liliExperience as product manager for imaging instrumentation and/or antibodies. /liliSolid understanding of Proteomics (automated preferred) immunofluorescence technology and multiplex experimental design including related use cases. /liliGood understanding of laboratory techniques such as immunohistochemistry, microscopy and image analysis. /liliProven experience in VOC gathering, validation and analysis. /liliProven experience of working and collaborating in cross-functional teams in a matrix organization. /liliProven user experience understanding and respective approaches to support maximum ease and safety in the use of products. /liliExperience in a regulated or clinical environment is a plus. /liliExperience in at least one of the following scientific fields: immune-oncology, immunology, neurobiology, infectious disease, cell therapy. /liliExperience with or understanding of project management good practice principles. /liliProficiency in English (at least C1). /liliAdvanced skills in MS Applications, i.e. Excel (array formulas, pivot tables…) and PowerPoint. /li /ulh3Soft skills and capabilities /h3ulliSelf-starter. /liliCapability to identify business opportunities and analyze them for potential. /liliOutstanding communication and presentation skills (written and oral). /liliFormulating and condensing complex strategies into concise comprehensible outputs including KPIs. /liliDecisive based on good analytical skills. /liliCapacity to adapt in a constantly changing environment. /liliAbility to influence, interact and work in a team. /liliCreative problem solving. /liliPositive customer-centric attitude. /liliOvernight, international travel, up to 3 times a quarter. /li /ulh3Company values and compliance /h3pBio-Techne is committed to product quality, customer satisfaction, continued improvement, minimising environmental impacts and conserving natural resources.
