PpRicoh Europe is seeking a senior, results‑driven Client Acquisition Director to win new international enterprise customers headquartered in France and the French‑speaking part of Switzerland. This is a strategic, new‑business role focused on securing high‑value, multi‑country enterprise accounts and positioning Ricoh as a long‑term digital transformation partner. /p h3The role /h3 pYou will be accountable for acquiring large, complex enterprise clients based in France and French‑speaking Switzerland, typically with total contract values of $10m+, across Ricoh’s full portfolio including Managed Print Services, IT Services, Workplace Experience, and Business Process Automation. /p pOperating in a global, matrixed environment, you will lead pursuit strategy, engage C‑suite decision makers, and orchestrate cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact wins. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn new‑logo acquisition of large, strategic international enterprise accounts headquartered in France and French‑speaking Switzerland, including major multinational organisations /li liIdentify, pursue, and close high‑value global opportunities, growing Ricoh’s market share and long‑term revenue /li liDevelop and execute account acquisition strategies aligned to customers’ digital transformation goals /li liBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Corporate Real Estate /li liLead complex, multi‑country sales pursuits across Ricoh’s full solution portfolio /li liCoordinate and lead virtual, cross‑functional global teams including sales, technology SMEs, solution architects, and portfolio leaders /li liLead complex commercial and contractual negotiations with global procurement and legal teams /li liProvide thought leadership and market insight, bringing a consultative and challenger mindset to customer engagements /li liMaintain accountability to senior internal stakeholders through clear reporting, forecasting, and governance /li liContribute to wider sales and growth initiatives as required /li /ul h3What success looks like /h3 ul liDelivery of a robust account acquisition plan for France and French‑speaking Switzerland /li liConsistent pipeline development and conversion of high‑value enterprise opportunities /li liInternational enterprise wins typically valued at $10m+ per annum /li liStrong executive‑level relationships within target accounts /li liEffective leadership of regional and global pursuit teams in a matrix environment /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li7+ years of enterprise account acquisition experience, focused on new‑logo wins /li li5+ years of consultative, value‑based selling experience /li liProven success selling to large international enterprise customers in complex, matrixed environments /li liExperience leading multi‑country, multi‑stakeholder sales pursuits /li liComfortable operating across global time zones and cultures /li /ul h3Skills capabilities /h3 ul liStrong executive presence with the ability to operate credibly at C‑suite and board level /li liDeep understanding of managed services, IT services, workplace and digital transformation solutions /li liStrong commercial and financial acumen, including complex deal structuring and negotiation /li liAbility to lead and influence without direct authority /li liCultural agility and excellent stakeholder management skills /li /ul h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent /li /ul h3Why Ricoh /h3 pAt Ricoh, we help organisations transform the way they work through innovative technology and services.
