Job Description
The role involves leading a small commercial team, developing distributor and B2B healthcare partnerships, and driving international growth in a fast-scaling environment. The Commercial Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company's commercial strategy. Responsibilities include :
* Leading the go-to-market and distribution strategy across international markets.
* Developing direct partnerships with healthcare providers and strengthening B2B commercial models.
* Building relationships with key stakeholders, patient organizations, and opinion leaders to drive adoption.
* Managing and expanding a small, entrepreneurial commercial team across different geographies.
* Representing the company at leading international trade events and positioning it as a reference player in its field.
* Ensuring operational excellence in delivery and support to partners.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven track record of international commercial leadership within MedTech.
* Experience in launching and scaling innovative devices or solutions.
* Strong background in distributor management, market development, and B2B healthcare sales.
* International mindset, ideally with exposure to European and US healthcare ecosystems; knowledge of Asia is a plus.
* Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
* Willingness to travel.
* English C2. Other languages such as French are an advantages
