David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments, innovative trading tools, and professional support in a secure, regulated environment. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for their Northern EU or CIS Regions client base.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through established partner networks and other channels to drive revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
* Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals while delivering exceptional service that promotes client retention and referrals.
* Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to support strategic planning and identify areas for growth.
* Deliver clear and persuasive presentations, negotiate effectively, and maintain accurate records of all business development activities; provide regular updates and performance reports to management.


REQUIREMENTS

* Fluent / native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication; other languages would be a huge advantage (e.g., Russian).
* Demonstrated success in sales within a financial or related services environment in the Northern EU or CIS Regions.
* Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in the Forex field (including evidence of having an active portfolio worth at least 100-150K per month Net Deposit).
* Solid understanding of industry-specific products and services, enabling meaningful client engagement and solution delivery.
* Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
