Position Summary:
Responsibility to co-pilot the business to ensure the market is on track to achieve its targets
Co-pilots business development and decision-making in the market, partnering with Commercial Managers
Builds business plans, identifies gaps and opportunities to meet targets
Consolidates sales activities within commercial channels, integrating them into budgeting and forecasting
Manages the MBP process for accurate sales and expense forecasting
Monitors actuals, identifies deviations, and implements corrective actions
Delivers business updates to ManCom, highlighting risks and opportunities
A Day in the Life of a Performance Marketing Specialist
Facilitates operational plan consolidation, setting challenging yet achievable goals
Participates in generating demand strategy development and ensures execution aligns with plans
Optimizes sales investments, establishing ROI evaluation strategies and learning logs
Prepares and analyzes sales and TTS reports, linking actuals with risks and opportunities
Monitors sales MOGEs, advising on resource planning and variance tracking
Ensures compliance with internal controls and guidelines
Acts as an ambassador between finance and sales teams for transparency and collaboration
Provides financial insights for business growth and supply chain initiatives
Develops a global community of sales co-pilots
Participates in e-commerce strategy, financial tools, and long-term planning
Enhances sales, marketing, and finance acumen through training and support
Develops new tools, processes, and best practices aligned with the corporate center
What will make you successful:
Education:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience in related fields
Professional experience:
5–8 years in Finance/Controlling, preferably in FMCG
2+ years in Sales or Commercial Finance partnering
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Knowledge of trade spend, customer profitability, and commercial strategy
Business acumen and strategic thinking
Advanced financial modeling and reporting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven mindset
