CONTEXT
The main responsibility is to work with the Visual Asset Coordinator on various tasks.
Ensure that the Image library of the Foundation complies with guidelines regarding naming, image quality, IP rights, and captions.
Support content collection for the Homo Faber Event.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Reporting to the Content and Image Manager, this role will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining the Visual Assets Database:
o Ensure that collected content (photos and videos) is cleared for IP rights.
o Register all photo and video assets in the image library with appropriate copyrights and legends according to classification.
o Prioritize assets related to the Homo Faber Event but also support overall visuals of the Michelangelo Foundation.
2. Content Collection for Homo Faber Event:
o Assist the Visual Coordinator in collecting photos and videos needed for communication prior to the event.
3. Providing Visual Assets to Stakeholders:
o Prepare and share visual assets with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
4. Onsite Homo Faber Event:
o Assist in asset collection during onsite photo and video shootings.
o Ensure daily upload of assets according to priorities.
o Support prompt distribution of assets to external parties.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US
The successful candidate will demonstrate alignment with the Foundation's values and goals.
Knowledge
* Knowledge of visual communication and interest in métiers d’art.
* Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.
Experience
* Minimum 1 year of experience in digital visual asset classification.
* Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems.
* Basic understanding of IP rights.
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop.
Skills
* Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Team player.
