About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in the banking domain to support strategic initiatives, system integrations, and regulatory compliance. This role bridges business needs with technology solutions, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Requirement elicitation and documentation: Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements for banking processes and tool integrations.
* Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with product teams, IT architects, security specialists, and compliance stakeholders to align on frameworks and solutions.
* Testing oversight: Support configuration and oversee SIT/UAT phases to validate banking functionalities against requirements.
* Governance artefacts: Maintain RACI matrices, permission models, traceability matrices, and change logs to ensure transparency and audit readiness.
* Workshops and sign-offs: Facilitate workshops with business representatives and control functions, securing approvals and alignment.
* Risk management: Identify and resolve dependencies and risks proactively, ensuring smooth delivery across initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
* Strong knowledge of banking processes, compliance, and access control frameworks.
* Hands‑on involvement in system testing (SIT/UAT) and configuration support.
* Familiarity with governance artefacts such as RACI models and traceability matrices.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
* Analytical mindset with proactive problem‑solving abilities.
