Responsibilities
1. Planning and implementation of challenging IT/OT projects in an industrial environment
2. In a rapidly growing company, you will take on the leadership and responsibility of exciting sub-projects to bring the SKAN IT/OT infrastructure to a highly professional level and maintain it there.
3. In close cooperation with internal and external departments, you will be responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting (2nd and 3rd level support).
4. To ensure high standards, you will operate the environment in change management and be responsible for the operating manuals and documentation.
5. You will ensure that the high qualification/validation requirements for the basic infrastructure are met, carry out system tests and document them.
Hardskills
6. University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
7. Very good knowledge of the design, setup and operation/troubleshooting of company-wide IT-OT server infrastructures (focus: Microsoft server technologies, VMware, Citrix incl. ADC, MS SQL, Powershell/scripting)
8. You are familiar with the practical implementation of business requirements for IT-OT infrastructure and already have project experience in the SME and/or pharmaceutical environment
9. You already have several years of professional experience in the field of IT-OT server infrastructure/system engineering and have supplemented your basic training with relevant additional training/certifications (Citrix Expert, Microsoft Admin, VCP or similar)
10. You are familiar with business analysis, requirements engineering and computer system validation from practical experience
11. You have a good understanding of processes in the pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries
12. ITIL certification and proven knowledge of CS
13. Further training in project management is an advantage
14. German and English language skills are required
