Ph3Overview /h3 pYuh is looking for a bWorking Student Customer Care Representative /b who will support our team in being the main link between Yuh and our clients. /p pDo you enjoy helping people and want to gain hands‑on experience in the banking and fintech world? This role is for you. You will answer their questions, solve their issues, and guide them through their financial journey, while gaining valuable insights into customer care in a modern Swiss banking environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as a point of contact for clients, primarily handling written inquiries (chat, email, in‑app messaging) and delivering a professional, friendly, solution‑oriented customer experience. /li liProvide prompt, accurate, and reliable support related to the Yuh app and banking services, ensuring a high level of service quality. /li liSupport clients by clearly explaining products, features and processes in an easy‑to‑understand and empathetic manner. /li liEnsure high client satisfaction by carefully addressing requests, executing client instructions, and resolving issues with professionalism and attention to detail. /li liIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience during interactions and contribute ideas to enhance services and processes. /li liAccurately document client interactions in internal systems and ensure proper follow‑up where required. /li liCollaborate closely with the Customer Care team and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. /li liComply with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements and the principles of fair client treatment at all times. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (Bachelor or Master), ideally in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field. /li liStrong interest in banking, fintech and customer experience. /li liExcellent written communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset. /li liFluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a strong advantage. /li liReliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently. /li liComfortable using digital tools and learning new systems quickly. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
