To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Chef de Partie for the coming winter season 2025/2026 in our new restaurant Crazy Pizza.
Key Responsibilities
* Organising the kitchen post
* Preparing food, drinks, materials and equipment for service
* Cooking and serving dishes
* Instructing cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards
* Cleaning and preparing the work area
* Conducting training courses
* Assisting with development meetings
* Ensuring correct on boarding into the company
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position
* First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
* Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
* Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
* Structured and organised way of working
* Great interest in team-oriented work
* Very good knowledge of German and English
