To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Chef de Partie for the coming winter season 2025/2026 for the following outlets:
- Main Kitchen delivering dishes to our Main Restaurant Les Saisons, the Lobby Bar and our Room Service
- Opening our new Greek Restaurant Neora
Key Responsibilities Organising the kitchen post
Preparing food, drinks, materials and equipment for service
Cooking and serving dishes
Instructing cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards
Cleaning and preparing the work area
Conducting training courses
Assisting with development meetings
Ensuring correct on boarding into the company
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position
First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
Structured and organised way of working
Great interest in team-oriented work
Very good knowledge of German and English
