Accelleron´s purpose “Accellerating sustainability in Marine and Energy” places sustainability at the very core of our business. To strengthen the global sustainability team, we are looking for a Sustainability Project Manager (80-100%). In this role you will lead and contribute to sustainability initiatives and projects across key sustainability topics (e.g., ESG reporting, engagement and communication, climate and decarbonization, and circularity). One of your key responsibilities will be the delivery of the annual sustainability report. You will work with colleagues across functions and regions to plan and deliver sustainability projects—from defining scope and timelines to steering stakeholders and communication, ensuring sustainability progress and measurable impact. You will translate strategy into actionable plans and support the organization’s readiness for voluntary and mandatory sustainability requirements. Your responsibilities Lead a portfolio of sustainability projects across different topics, ensuring clear scope, timelines, resources, governance and sustainability progress Coordinate and manage the corporate sustainability reporting and related internal communication, ensuring high-quality and accurate data Align reporting with industry standards and best practices under consideration of non-financial regulations and reporting frameworks (GRI, TCFD, CSRD, ISSB, Swiss reporting requirements) Coordinate the process with our non-financial assurance provider Drive and develop our internal sustainability communication including organizing training and network events Work with stakeholders at different levels and functions Contribute to the development and improvement of sustainability performance tracking and progress monitoring Contribute to additional sustainability projects and provide reports and presentations as needed Your background A relevant educational background (Master’s degree expected) in business, economics, sustainability management, or a related field Experience of 3-5 years in corporate sustainability, preferably in a corporate environment, with exposure to different sustainability topics A good understanding of sustainability data and international reporting frameworks or regulations Strong project management, communication, drafting and presentation skills and an affinity for working with data Experience working in a multinational or cross‑cultural environment Ability to prioritize and operate under tight deadlines A proactive, collaborative working style and the ability to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
