In this role, you will explore how nutrition needs are evolving, how people actually eat today, and what the latest science and competitor products suggest. You will turn those insights into clear ideas that can strengthen the nutritional value of our products. You will work hands-on in the lab and in small-scale production trials, transforming observations into evidence and practical recommendations. Search scientific literature to build clear, testable hypotheses
Run lab experiments to measure enzyme activity before and after processing
Conduct small-scale production trials to confirm lab findings
Document results and present clear learnings to internal stakeholders What Will Make You Successful Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Biology, or a related field. First lab experience (academic projects or internships) is an asset.
