For our customer Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland) AG, we are looking for a committed personality as a Commercial Operations Specialist (m/f/d) RDCH (S) – RZ at the Rotkreuz location.

In this role, you will support smooth order processing, support internal and external customers, and actively contribute to commercial excellence within the supply chain.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Order processing in SAP R/3, on-time triggering and monitoring of deliveries, invoicing
* and backorder management
* Processing written orders DE/FR/IT/EN as well as receiving telephone orders and general customer service DE (FR/IT/EN)

* Ensuring contract management

* Bottleneck management in case of supply bottlenecks in cooperation with product managementOrganization of transport

* Customer master data management

* Recording and maintenance of material master data

Requirements:

* Commercial training and/or completed studies (business administration/supply chain) or a comparable qualification
* 3 years of professional experience in order processing / customer service / sales organization
* Team player and strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Initiative and conscientious working methods in complex organizations
* Experienced use of an ERP system (SAP know-how is an advantage) and good knowledge of MS Office (Google Suite is an advantage) + IT tools
* Fluent written and spoken German and French or Italian; any other language (English, Italian, French) is an advantage
