* With a focus on new customer acquisition and the strategic positioning of our cybersecurity portfolio, including lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroad and the development and maintenance of the CRM system.
* Acquire and manage customers, focusing
* Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants
* Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers
* Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives and enhance business development workflows
* Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach
* Prepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicing
* Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
* Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector
* Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized
* Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
* Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
* Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback
* Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus
