A growing real estate company based in Geneva is looking for a motivated Transaction Manager to join a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and prepare real estate investment opportunities.
* Analyze the market and conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.
* Proactively manage acquisition projects in cooperation with other team members.
* Evaluate, perform due diligence, and analyze individual properties or real estate portfolios.
* Coordinate and implement the entire transaction process.
* Lead negotiations and draft the necessary contracts.
* Develop and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.
* Present opportunities to the investment committee.
Requirements:
You hold a university degree in economics, law, real estate, or an equivalent field, and ideally:
* Have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in real estate transactions in Switzerland.
* Possess an established sourcing network in the real estate sector, which is a strong asset.
* Have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Demonstrate a high level of commitment, independence, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Work well in a team and independently.
* Show adaptability and flexibility.
* Have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
* Are fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
