Job Description

 * Identify and build relationships with existing clients to strengthen the relationships.
 * Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
 * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and refine sales approaches.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
 * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
 * Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
 * Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and achievements.
The Successful Applicant
 * Educational background in business, marketing, or a related field.
 * Proven experience in sales within the cosmetics sector or within the industrial sector with the same sales channel.
 * Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
 * Fluency in English, French is a big plus.
 * A strong ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
 * Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
 * Ready to travel from time to time to different European countries.
