Job Description
* Design and develop optimised supply chain network capacities based on business requirements and customer needs.
* Conduct comprehensive analyses of current supplier, logistics operations, transportation, warehouse, and inventory practices.
* Utilise advanced modeling techniques, data and software to simulate supply chain scenarios and propose improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, finance, operations, and sales to align network design with overall business strategy.
* Prepare and present business cases for decisions of network design changes, including sustainability, cost-benefit analysis and risk assessment.
* Support & collaborate with knowledge to continuously upgrade based on the latest supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
* Proven experience in supply chain network design, logistics, or operations management.
* Proficiency in supply chain modeling software (e.g., Supply Chain Guru, AnyLogic, etc.).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Working practices in data management & structuring using advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau etc.
* Knowledge of regulatory and industry-specific supply chain and logistics requirements.
