PpbYour main responsibilities /b /p /p li pLead the operational and financial management of a portfolio of solar PV, wind, and mini‑hydro assets in Italy /p /li li pDevelop and implement asset management strategies to optimize performance, availability, and value /p /li li pMonitor KPIs, production data, budgets, and cash flows to ensure targets are achieved /p /li li pManage asset‑level budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial models /p /li li pEnsure compliance with financing agreements, lender reporting, and covenant requirements /p /li li pOversee key contracts (OM, PPA, land lease, insurance) and manage external partners /p /li li pEnsure compliance with Italian regulatory frameworks and monitor market developments /p /li li pLead and support the Asset Management team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement /p /li pYour Impact /p pAs Senior Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in safeguarding and enhancing the value of a strategically important renewable energy portfolio in Italy.
