What You'll Do
* Design and develop microcontroller firmware (C++)
* Support PCB bring-up and hardware bring-in
* Create and maintain technical documentation
* Collaborate closely with hardware engineers on schematics and component integration
* Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues within cross-functional teams
What We're Looking For
* Degree (FH minimum) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in
microcontroller firmware development
with strong hardware focus
* Solid knowledge of STM development tools
* Strong understanding of PCB schematics and hardware integration
* Fluent in
English and German
* Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
* Experience in PCB schematics design
* Familiarity with
STM32CubeIDE, Siemens Xpedition, PyCharm
* Knowledge of motor control applications and instrument workflows
