Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. As a leading player in the Medtech sector, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical devices and equipment to healthcare professionals worldwide. The Warehouse Manager will ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse, maintain compliance with industry standards, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the integrity of stored medical devices.
* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely receipt and dispatch of products.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for storage and handling of medical products.
* Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing training and guidance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices for efficiency.
* Monitor and manage warehouse budgets for cost-effective operations.
* Uphold safety standards and promote a safety culture among personnel.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
* At least 12 years of practical experience, with a proven track record in the field.
* Minimum of 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in Medtech or healthcare.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for handling medical products.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and relevant software.
* Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Experience with Lean management, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement (KVP).
* Project management experience.
* Effective communication skills in English and German.
