We are looking for a customer- and team-oriented individual for the Group Functions at the Flamatt, Aachen site as a IT Identity & Automation Engineer 80-100%.

What you will do
* Design, operate and secure enterprise identity systems (AD, Entra ID, MIM or equivalent)
* Implement and manage SSO and federation via SAML2, OAuth2, and SCIM/LDAP integrations
* Maintain and evolve the internal multi-tier certificate authority
* Automate identity and infrastructure operations through PowerShell scripting
* Drive continuous improvement and automation across IT infrastructure processes
What you bring
* Deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, and identity governance
* Strong knowledge of authentication and federation protocols (SAML2, OAuth2, OpenID Connect)
* Hands-on experience with SCIM, LDAP, and identity lifecycle automation
* Proven PowerShell scripting and automation skills
* Security-first mindset, attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and strong stakeholder communication
* English proficiency required; solid German skills are an advantage
