Sales Enablement Coach
Motion Picture Licensing Company Germany (MPLC) is a global leader in public performance licensing for movies and TV. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Enablement Coach to elevate the performance of our sales teams.

The Role in Three Bullets
* Coach for performance: Deliver high-impact call coaching across our sales teams in line with coaching frameworks, helping reps improve objection handling, messaging, tone, and conversion.
* Build a culture of continuous improvement: Create feedback loops, run workshops, and embed best practices that drive consistent growth in call quality and outcomes across the UK and US Sales Teams.
* Partner across the business: Work closely with Sales, Sales Managers, Enablement, and Training to align coaching with strategy, and performance goals.

* Experience coaching sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong ear for sales conversations — you know what great sounds like and how to get the best out of sales representatives.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you can deliver feedback that motivates and improves performance.
* Familiarity with call coaching tools and performance metrics.
* Collaborative mindset and experience working cross-functionally with sales leadership and enablement.
* Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
Additional Expectations
* This isn’t a passive role. You’ll be expected to lead from the front — listening to high volumes of calls, providing prompt feedback and engaging coaching.
* We’re building a world-class sales engine, and that means high standards, fast feedback, and constant iteration.
* You will need to build trust and positive relationships with the sales representatives as well as support other departments and make an impact on performance.
