Gain hands‑on process implementation and data analytics experience and contribute to our growth. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liSupport the monthly Demand and Supply Planning cycle by updating and validating data sources using internal business intelligence and reporting tools /li liSupport preparation and updating of Demand and Supply plans in Microsoft Excel in alignment with defined SOP timelines /li liSupport analysis and consolidation of planning data to ensure transparency and data quality within the SOP process /li liAssist in the preparation of presentations and materials for global and regional SOP meetings /li liCreate and maintain process documentation for Global SOP processes to be used for internal training purposes (PowerPoint) and for external vendors during future software implementations (BPMN) /li liSupport Global SOP projects with administrative and coordination tasks, including follow‑up on action items and documentation of decisions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liRecently completed or studying towards pursuing a degree in Data Science, Supply Chain, Econometrics, Business Analytics, Process Management, or a related field /li liStrong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools /li liInterest in process development, data analytics, change management and project management /li liBasic understanding of Demand Supply Planning or SOP concepts is a plus /li liExcellent communication skills in English; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences /li liPassion for enabling organizations to deliver their best possible performance, curious, proactive, independent and eager to learn in a fast‑paced global environment /li liPreferred: Initial professional experience in process management, data analytics or supply chain /li /ul h3Contact Person /h3 pKristina Pericbr/Teamlead HR Servicesbr/ /p pPlease submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
