Overview
Operational management of the catering department in cooperation with kitchen team management; ensuring customer-oriented and professional guest care (active collaboration in gastronomy); management of a team of approx. 10 people; creation of work plans; planning, organization, and implementation of events in the field of restoration; responsible for order and material management; weekend and evening services.
Qualifications
Vocational training as a restoration specialist with further training to head up the restoration department
Professional and managerial experience in the field of gastronomy
Well-groomed appearance, good manners, high level of care for elderly and sick
High willingness to provide services and independent working method
Team spirit and flexibility
Experience needed: min 5 years to lead the team & responsibilities
Preferred: Switzerland work permit
