About the Role
We are currently recruiting a (Senior) Manager - Cyber Security with proven expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) to join a leading professional services firm in Zurich.
This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will lead cybersecurity advisory and implementation projects using tools like SailPoint, Omada, and CyberArk. You'll work closely with C-level stakeholders to design secure identity architectures and drive business growth in the IAM/PAM space.
This is a permanent position starting ASAP, offering a high level of autonomy, career progression, and involvement in a collaborative, high-performing cybersecurity practice.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end IAM and PAM projects from architecture to deployment
* Advise clients on identity governance and privileged access strategies
* Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Present tailored cybersecurity solutions to C-level stakeholders
* Contribute to pre-sales, proposal writing, and RFP responses
* Act as a thought leader in IAM/PAM topics within the team and to clients
* Guide technical teams in the delivery of secure, scalable access solutions
Your Profile
* 5+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity, specifically IAM/PAM
* Proven track record with tools such as SailPoint, Omada, and CyberArk
* Experience in IT governance, compliance (e.g. GDPR, NIST), and project management
* Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Business development experience is a strong plus
* Fluency in English required; German or French highly desirable
* Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, vendor certs) are a plus
